Ah yes, I have heard tale of his strength in the past when he was making his comeback. I actually didn't believe some of what I read and queried it on a forum as at the time they were saying has repped for 10 whatver the world record for one was at the time... but regardless of the exact figures obviously a very strong guy indeed. How did his comeback go?

Not sure how the comeback went iv only really got to know him over the last year like I say though he's about 100kg now maybe a bit lighter and shredded he diets all year round and hasn't had a cheat drink.let alone meal in years crazy level of comitment to say he doesn't compete anymore he wanted to get into oly lifting when I met him but we soon realised he was abit far beyond repair to master oly lifting his knees and elbows sound like velcro when he moves them and years of heavy training has left him pretty inflexable but he seems to have improved that and gone done the route of crossfit with a lot less stress on the joints

It's pretty funny because he doesn't consider himself as strong when people say didn't you bench this much he just says Yeh but I was 24st and full of sauce lol

still! imo! being strong at gym lifts doesnt mean he'l master strongman, i know guys with huge squats and deads but wouldn do very well at things like yoke, farmers, stone etc...

good thing is he's young enough to learn whatever sport he wants to go into!

just turned 20. He likes bodybuilding but hasnt ruled out trying his hand at powerlifting as well. Hes got plenty of time on his side.

Hes only been training a couple years but yet i seen him basically close grip 200kg bench and squat deep reps with 210kg belt only, all while dieting. He says he would like to give powerlifting a go, but he has his first bodybuilding show coming up in a few months. Some guys have just got great genetics!

he sounds awesome i hope you got his number xx

Billy Payne was the next big thing when I was younger - great to hear he's still training.
