We maybe did I cant remember lol, I imagine most people will probably pick squats or deadlifts. Bicep curls in the power rack are a good exercise Tongue

My favourite exercises are:

Half Squats with a towel wrapped around the bar.
Bicep Curls done in the Squat rack.
Bouncing Bench Press using as much chest bounce as possible.
Cable Crossovers to get a mass in my chest Happy

And I wear gloves, belt, straps and wraps for every rep of every set. Making sure I grunt like a wild animal to release the inner beast. Train like this and you will be a monster! Happy

Well everyone knows protein and energy drinks are all you need! No fat or carbs Happy I just drink a protein shake every 30 minutes followed by a red bull (or another well known energy drink brand). This makes me as strong as Bill Kazmaier and as wired as Russell Brand Happy

Definately use gloves and straps with every back and arm exercise, who needs a grip when you can have 24 inch pythons!

Thanks mate but I don't want to mess with that stuff cause I want to stay natural. I saw on the news that protein shakes cause uncontrollable rages and I can't risk that when I am a monster.

It's a slippery slope I'm afraid. First protein shakes, then some red bull, maybe some orange JUICE and finally the inevitable happens. Your lying in the street looking for your next fix! It's the price we pay to be the best Happy

Do you think, with maybe more protein and expensive pre workouts, I could be the new Ronnie coleman??
