Every time I go to the gym actually. BUT, the sacrifice is that I don't do any assistance. Is this good? or should I drop some benching and do some assistance. I am prone to training sporadically due to shift work etc and can sometimes go 4-5 days between workouts. Hence, the benching every session to ensure enough weekly volume. | ||

Im not a great believer in assistaance unless you have a glaring weakness i.e tris . I believe benching regulrly assists benching .
