Almost as if it was arcitected by some form of over arching plan or some might even say programme...

Nah trainings good think I have finally found a happy place between working hard enough but not being too stupid and c**ting myself.

No doubt a 300+ deadlift will go in time just gonna put the reps in and the PBs will come.

It might be fun but to be honest I am 100% done with cutting weight f**k it. It's not worth the lost training time maybe when I reach a point in my training where my strength gains have pettered out forever and I'm just making the best of what I've got but I am now converted to staying in reasonable shape but keeping training PROGRESSIVE at all costs.

I'm done with backward steps.
