INCLUDES:- British Students Powerlifting aNnd Single Lifts Championships for:- Students (University/Colleges /Schools)on roll at anytime in 2012. Southern Counties Qualifier for BDFPA 2013 British Championships. Open to all BDFPA members.End of year membership available £10-see bdfpa web site. Military-Police- Fire &rt;>MPF Challenge! SATURDAY 17th November. ALL! LADIES LIFTERS! PLUS MEN UP TO 82.5KG CLASSES. ENTRY FEES £18 FULL POWER---£15 TWO SINGLE LIFTS----£10 ONE SINGLE LIFTS. SUNDAY 18th November. ALL MEN FROM 90KG CLASS AND ABOVE WEIGHT CLASSES. WEIGH IN 8-9AM RE-WEIGHS ONLY FROM 9-9.30AM! Lifting starts at 10am. Tea/Coffee and cold food available throughout. Entry forms are available on the BDFPA web site. We hope to keep numbers down to a maximum of 40 lifters a day.THEN one platform.! Entries have been arriving daily and with local lifters we have 35 already.EARLY entry will guarantee your place. The Competition hall is next to the warm up room.Big screen 8m by 4m overhead projection.Wireless refs lights.Hall can seat several hundred but will be set up for 150/200.Trade support being invited.Equipped and unequipped lifting.4metre competition platform.Eleiko competition bar and discs on platform.Calibrated scales.International referees /national and divisional referees. On Saturday evening 17th November we will be holding a BWL Bournemouth Barbell Open Weightlifting competition.Doping registration underway.National and Divisional Referees.Eleiko competition W/L bars and bumpers.Calibrated scales etc.4metre platform.Entry fee £8 .Weigh in 5pm -6pm,Lifting starts at 7pm.Best overall lifter award male and female.10 entries so far. Entries for the BWL Registered OPEN weightlifting event taking place on Saturday evening 17th November are going very well also. Other competitions this year are advertised.We(sc) are not holding a qualifying competition next year for British 2013 events.Very few others Divisions will be apparently neither,so check out where and when you can qualify in the next 6 weeks l suggest. UNIVERSITIES with entries include:- Aberdeen,Birmingham,Bath,Bournemouth,Oxford,Cambridge,Southampton,Plymouth,UCL,SMUC and many others plus Colleges and Schools.
