Alrite lads. Im Adam, Im from Ireland and i am new to this forum. I just want to start by saying i am truly astonished by some of the lifting on this site. even the average lifters are very strong guys.

My question is, for best gains on deadlifts, first of all is it better to do it once a week or more. its just i find best gains when i do low volume more frequently.

You may find that you benefit from doing it different ways at different stages of your development.

For most things I find more than once a weeks sees faster improvements, I just cant find time to do everythign more than once a week, and am not sure if everythign could improve the same anyway, due to recovery.

If you have something that is working for you now then go with it, and when it stops working then alter your frequency and/or volume for a while
