Nice, a lot to like about that. I would suggest that your squat rack height seems a little on the high side

A bit harsh not to get the squat opener me thinks. 'What!' lol

I've been told that a good way to make depth in a suit is to push your arse and hammies back into the material and really sit into it. Think 'pelvic tilt' all the time.

I love the deadlift approach and set up. No bulls**t, straight to the bar. Animal.
