Leg press, 3 sets of 20 reps

Abz roll out, 3 sets of 8 reps, ab cramp, lol
Skipping, 3 sets of 50 skips, could barely lift my legs

Kb swings, 2 sets of 20 reps, glutes in pieces

Really fatigued and stupid DOMS from yesterday, struggling to walk, haha

Bench
150 kgs for 5 sets of 5 reps, really pleased with these, think one set of 5 was my best with this weight

Press ups, 3 sets of 20 reps
Supersetted with
Pull downs, 3 sets of 20 reps

Tried to train, but the worst DOMS I have ever had made it pathetic

RDL
225kgs for 4 reps, in agony
265kgs for 1 rep, so at least I felt like I'd done something

Tried various other things, failed, home

100 kgs for 7 reps
120 kgs for 1 rep, was easy so stopped, wanted a PB
125 kgs for fail, close, had a word with myself
125 kgs for 1 rep, pretty easy PB

Standing DB press, 36 kgs for 8, 6, 4

Chins, 3 sets of 5 reps

Some biceps

Bodyweight 127 kgs in oly shoes
