Event: Deadlift Event Details: This is a simple test of maximum power, lifting two huge axle wheels on a bar, rising and rising in weight until just one competitor is left. Event: Basket Circle Event Details: Event: Carry & Drag Event Details: An atlas stone is lifted and carried 15 meters and is placed in a steel sledge. The sledge is then dragged back to the line. The fastest time or longest distance wins. Event: Press Medley Event Details: A Log, Giant Dumbell, Axle and a River Rock to be pressed overhead as quickly as possible. This is a time trial combined with highest number of reps. Event: Beer Barrel Carry Event Details: 135kg filled beer barrel carried for a set distance. This is a head to head event. Event: Arm Over Arm Event Details: A rope pull event. We hope to pull a 4 X 4 & trailer or a motor home subject to sponsor. Event: Squat Event Details: Each competitor lifts and squats with 200kg of steel train wheels. Highest number of reps wins. Event: Stones of Strength Event Details: This is a head to head event where progressively heavier stones are lifted onto a platform. A head to head finale event will take place whereby stones are lifted onto a 4ft x 10ft platform | ||
