Speed Box Squat 120 x 6 sets x 2 reps. Dead Lift [Conv/Mixed Grip] 70x1x5 120x1x5 170x1x5 210x1x3 240x1x3 Really working on my postioning and squeezing the bar from the floor, top set was good. I feel like am turning a corner with my dead lifting just need to keep it going and train sensiable. Box Squat [14"/No Belt] 190 x 4 x 2 working on positioning and speed. Feet Up Bench [Medium Grip/Paused] 60x1x10 100x1x3 130x1x3 150x2x1 130x1x4 130x1x3 120x1x5 Top sets nice and quick and long pauses. Good session, shame about the squat miss but not too worried about that different conditions and I would of had it. | ||

Need to sort my belt out thou as getting no support from it on its current setting.
