Wtf much harder and different than expected Conans 190 fast rotation, 250 1/4 rotation, poor tekkers Loading 2 x105 barrel, 2 x105 sandbag to 60", barrels loaded but slow, failed to load the sandbags but improvement from last time as the pick up and movement was comfortable Hixxy logged 200, unreal. And also weight loss pb fit into the final notch in my belt, 97kg bw EDIT: realised that the first plates on the bar for deaflifts wer 25s so everything was 10kg heavier than I thought! Happy days! | ||
