Technically 2, after face pulls got a lift upto the village to finish off n go for a swim. new found inspiration in the gym lately mate absolutely lovin it!

Deadlift 275+ x1 comfortable, 295+ fail, 215+ x9 pb apparently the set up is known as being heavy and difficult
Power stairs 180, 195, 200 easily monged all the weights up the first 2 stairs then couldnt get any above the 3rd...? Wtf much harder and different than expected
Conans 190 fast rotation, 250 1/4 rotation, poor tekkers
Loading 2 x105 barrel, 2 x105 sandbag to 60", barrels loaded but slow, failed to load the sandbags but improvement from last time as the pick up and movement was comfortable

Hixxy logged 200, unreal. And also weight loss pb fit into the final notch in my belt, 97kg bw

EDIT: realised that the first plates on the bar for deaflifts wer 25s so everything was 10kg heavier than I thought! Happy days!

Firstly have to say, decent session on sun mate, loading getting better, by classic u'll be good for most implements.
