Well had a competition today ran by the bloke who owns the gym i go to.
5 events and below is the write up.

Max deadlifts

Warm ups went well and opted to start on 240 which was highest of anyone had to do a max of 4 lifts
240 good rep nice and easy
250 good rep
255kg good rep **PB**
260kg fail hardly broke it from floor

Came second as other lad did 265kg

Overhead medley.

50kg dumbell, 90kg log 100kg axle
Went threw it all twice and one more on the dumbell failed the 3rd log press

Joint 1st on this

Frame carry
230kg for 40m
Cdrop and turn at 20m
Completed it in 21.69

2nd the leader got 21.47 so only just

Carry and flip medley
90kg cross x 20m
300kg tyre x 5 flips
115kg farmers x 20m
Flew threw cross and tyre. Fell on the farmers and couldnt regain it so ended up last

Stones
100kg to 5ft
120kg to 4.5ft
140kg to 4ft
150kg to 3.5ft

Flew threw forst two nice and quick the felt a cramp/pop in my left lat on the 3rd
Knew i needed the 3rd stone to take second overall managed to complete it i the timeframe

Ended up coming 2nd in the over 90kg
Chuffed with all but one of my events onwards now to the salt ayre classiic

Happy to get the hang of sandbags and know its just a case of monging it
