Just trained at home today as couldn't be bothered going to the gym and the weather was decent enough to train in the garden. Squat: 20x10 70x8 120x5 180x3 200x3 200x5 200x5 Flat bench: 20x20 70x10 100x5 120x5 135x3 140x3 140x3 140x3 Had to go wide grip as the catchers on my bench are narrow. Suprisingly felt ok training alone and even enjoyed it. | ||

This weeks training: Monday(training alone): Squat(suit with straps down): 20x10 70x10 120x5 180x3 220x3 (knee wraps on) 220x3 220x3 Had to wear my suit with straps down as my back isn't 100% so it's the only way I can squat without my back hurting too much. Also wore knee wraps to make it easier. Flat bench: 20x20 70x10 100x5 125x2 140x3 140x3 140x3 Harder than what they should have been. Seated shoulder press machine: Upto full stack x8 Hack squat machine(front squat): Upto 320x10. Then did some shoulder and bicep rehab stuff. Wed night's training: 18" deadlift: 70x5 120x5 180x2 220x2 260x1 300x1 320x1 340x fail (got it moving but couldn't finish it 260x10 (pb) Hadn't planned on going so heavy but there was 5 of us training, so was good to push eachother on abit. Trapbar hold: 235 x 24secs. Wasn't last out of the training group for a change Chins: Bw x6 Been awhile since I've done these so felt tough. Thur night's training: Ifsa log: 65x8 85x 105x3 115x1 120x1 75x15 strict press Again hadn't planned to go so heavy(well for me) but 5 of us training again so got caught up in abit of friendly rivalry Seated shoulder press machine: Full stack x10 Full stack x10 Another shoulder press machine on an incline kinda: 80x10 110x4 Then did some sort of shoulder excercise with a 20kg plate, don't know the name of it and it would be too hard to descibe. | ||

Yoke + duck walk(reps to mimick power stairs): 160x10m 240x10m + 140x6 reps 300x10m + 140x6 reps in 23.4secs 300x10m + 140x6 reps in 22.6 secs. Caught my heal on the back of the yoke on the 2nd timed run and had to hobble back to the duck walk so was surprised to be quicker than the 1st timed run. Arm over arm: 140x15m 245x15m Bloddy knackered setting everything up for everyone and putting everything back. | ||
