Member 2279, 24 posts	Ok guys the dead lift will be with a renault kangoo van new style and it will hav weight added looking like a arm over arm trying to get it tested but with working and guys away on holidays been abit o a push will do my very best to get it done, every thing else in place . ..............

Member 2279, 24 posts	The competition will kick off around 12 o clock so it would be good if the strongmen can turn up for around 11 o clock to get the disclaimers signed,get warmed up, have the rules read and hear what the judge expects. The good news is it's one of Scotland's most respected strongman, powerlifter and judges Stuart Murray who has giving up his time to come and judge this comp. Gary Burt has pulled out as he is going to the Uk's strongest man in Ireland, which we wish him and the rest of the Scottish guys all the best in. There are still a few spaces left for this comp guys ...........

Member 2279, 24 posts	Hello Lee, yes there are a couple of spaces so one of them is yours. Be good to see you up here! Waiting for a reply from a couple of strongmen so hopefully next week I should have the full list of competitors. The arm over arm is a three and half ton lorry, open leaf, which will have 2 to 3 ton on the back. It will be weighed next week end, after the final test .

Member 1505, 15 posts SQ 220, BP 130, DL 220 570.0 kgs @ 130kgs UnEq	there is a spare double room in a property i look after in broad st, fraserburgh town centre & I doubt i will have it leased out by 18th so if any of you guys needing accommodation let me know please,- double bed, kitchen dining room and bathroom facility available. I can come through and let you in the nite before comp for 1 night stay & if someone is coming up with their mrs - no problem bed is double and this comes free for competitors. gimme a shout if anyone needs it.

Member 2279, 24 posts	Ok guys just to let you know everything is in place and the arm over arm was tested on sunday,weighed on monday and the truck comes in at 7.1 ton. If any one needs directions please let me know. We will supply water, energy drinks and sandwiches on the day and we will have some prize money for the top three guys.

As you come into Fraserburgh at the roundabout come straight through and you can either turn second on your right or come to traffic lights and turn right there and then just before the corner you will see curves gym turn right towards a church and the leisure centre is straight in front off you. Kev I am sure we could give you guys a place, just let me get the names? Thanks for the interest.
