Yeh I've found it ok apart from the one fail when going for 2 at 235. Powerstairs was the end of me after one full run in two parts.

Was meant to be squats and overhead tonight but my hips were killing me after yesterday couldnt even squat empty bar

Yeh working on my strict seems to bring my pushpress, hopefully be able to achieve the dead by end of the year.

Your back feeling any better not long till your comp now is it?
