Log press Strict 5x70 5x80 3x90 Push 3x100 1x110 1x115 **PB** fx120 110 ftoh x 2 **PB** Yoke 174kg 56m - drop and turn at 28m 226kg 56m - as above 278kg 28m - felt good but didn't want to go heavier Power stairs 5 steps x 185 then 4 steps x 195 Couple of minutes rest 1 step x 195 then 5 steps x 197.5 I got better towered the end as my technique improved, it's going to be a long wait till September to have another go at these. Really enjoyed today's session and was a great atmosphere down at salt ayre and would recommend anybody to go and do some training there if there quite local. | ||
