3x155kg x 8 sets 60 seconds rest inbetween did these with straps

Circuit
Straight leg deadlift 8x100kg
Bent over rows 8x50kg
Underhand lat pull down 8x10blocks
Good mornings 8x20kg (bar)

3 sets 90 seconds rest inbetween

Farmers holds
75kg eachhand 20 seconds
100kg each hand 10 seconds - leg cramped up so left it there

2x160kg to 9 inch easy pick up harder to load as got stuck just above knee due to size of plates

X2 to overhead and started to walk just couldnt get it to flip wasnt on a pivot just 14 foot telegraph pole

Power stairs

Couple of minutes rest

I got better towered the end as my technique improved, it's going to be a long wait till September to have another go at these.

Really enjoyed today's session and was a great atmosphere down at salt ayre and would recommend anybody to go and do some training there if there quite local.
