Great session tonight. For some reason today I was really up for it. Good, helpful aggression from the moment the workout started.

250kg x 1 - This was a real ballbusting rep, definitely no more in me today, but hey, its only 10kg off my best, and im well under 100kg right now.

Finished off with some dumbell side raises and barbell front raises for high reps, just to get some blood into my shoulders.

Now, I'm going to have a think about a new cycle for pressing. Im going to go HIGH volume. I have an idea, i'll post it up soon.
