Good, helpful aggression from the moment the workout started. Wednesday 11th October Deadlifts 60kg x 10 100kg x 5 140kg x 3 180kg x 1 205kg x 1 222.5kg x 1 240kg x 1 250kg x 1 - This was a real ballbusting rep, definitely no more in me today, but hey, its only 10kg off my best, and im well under 100kg right now. 200kg x 8 - PB Back Extensions Bw x 30,30,30 Wide Grip Chins Bw x 8,8,8,8,8 Curl Grip Chins Bw x 5,5,5 Ab Pulldowns fin. Friday 13th October Bench 60kg x 10 80kg x 5 100kg x 3,3,3 - all with different grips, ive now settled on one to work with for the next cycle, it's pretty much narrow, but not my closest grip. 110kg x 3 115kg x 1 120kg x 1 125kg x 1 115kg x 3 110kg x 4 100kg x 6 WG Chins Bw x 6,6,6,6,6,6 Curl Grip Pulldowns 105kg x 5 126kg x 10,10 Finished off with some dumbell side raises and barbell front raises for high reps, just to get some blood into my shoulders. Now, I'm going to have a think about a new cycle for pressing. Im going to go HIGH volume. I have an idea, i'll post it up soon. | ||
