not particularly well educated Member 85, 10988 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Sorted out the final rules this weekend which i've updated on the first page , basically we'll be going with Fanny's idea on the farmers where you must complete a 20m with the heaviest weight you can manage, if you fail to make the full 20m it will not count. The farmers weight will be added to overhead nad deadlift toals and then we'll use the wilkes system to see who wins. the comp will be held in a village hall , details of which I'll be sorting out fairly soon , the cost will be approximately be around £10 per head which will be payable in advance , but will include an aftercomp curry , and there will be a fridge available for anyone who wants to bring along few beers to consume after the comp.(anyone making the wife/girlfriend come so she can be the designated driver can also put them down for some curry as well). | ||
