Axel: 31x10 71x6 91x5 101x5 101x5 103.5x3 miss loaded, extra 2.5kg on one side messed me up as I thought I was off centre. Bit of plactice for power stairs with a 140-180 duck walk with a few 180 duck walk runs, stupid finger injury was hurting though so never went heavier. Tried 120kg farmers timed hold but stupid finger injury was hurting so just put them down at 10secs or so. D/B O/H/P: 30x5 ftoh 50x5 60x1 failed on 2nd but close. Good fun session with everyone with lots of piss taking. | ||

Good work m8 , i dont know how you manage to motivate yourself for those solo sessions , i feel lost when im training alone | ||

Training alone is no fun at all. I like to have a laugh when training which is better in a group, training alone is just boring! Went to the Killie gym tonight and trained with Damien, Martin & Arthur. Squats: 20x6 120x5 180x3 205x3 205x3 205x3 C/G flat bench: 20x10 70x5 110x5 130x5 130x5 130x5 (last rep paused) 110x6 (wide grip) D/B O/H/P: 32.5's x8 32.5's x10 Good session and was good to catch up with everyone. Might do a powerlifting comp in september but not sure to do it equipped or unequipped? | ||

Was good fun but was blowing out my arse with the stand up stuff. | ||

Trained at mine with Nik, Jackie, Martin, Damien and two new guys.Ifsa log: 65x10 85x5 100x5 100x5 100x5 65x10 strict press. Yoke: 160x20m 240x10m 240x20m Car push: 1 run of 40m up an incline. Then messed about with a 90kg stone showing the two new guys different techniques that they could try. Trained tonight at Glencairn gym alone. Squat: 20x10 70x5 120x5 180x3 180x3 180x5 Just going to start from here and slowly build up, hopefully I'll be more consistent and squat at least once a week. C/G Incline Bench: 20x10 60x10 100x5 100x5 Done these as wasn't able to flat bench as it was being used. Then did some shoulder & bicep rehab stuff along with some stretching. | ||
