most definatley not an idiot Member 2731, 3584 posts SQ 260, BP 170, DL 300730.0 kgs @ 87kgs Eq | Post Edited: 11.07.2012 @ 22:39 PM by jones105 aint done much benching for a few months coz ov my shoulder,but it felt good todaymachine press 12,10,8 bech press 60kg x10 100kg x10 120kg x6 140kg x4 140kg x4 wanted to go a bit heavier,but no spotter power cleans 60kg x10 80kg x6 80kg x1 stopped here,had sum pain,stiffness bottem ov biceps(poss ligurments)messed up my sesh a bit,so i thought id give ANGIE a go,after seeing this on shane j log,fancied a go ANGIE attemted pull ups,got 8 and pain came back so did body weight rows(cheating in knw) x100 push ups x100 sit up x100 bw squats x100 poor time ov 33mins lol,and was f**ked after it! ez bar shrugs 15,12,10,10 dumbell shrugs 12,12,12 reverse curls(light) 12,12,12 happy with today apart from the cleans,piss poor time on angie,but i may throw that in weekly.not tha botherd about the time,just improving endurence,and its more fun than a treadmil.... | ||

Db 40 x3 in each hand with fatgrips 100 x3 pp didn't do db on this set,very poor. Scull crushers- 40 x15 60 x2 all went wrong here. Just couldn't do any thing,work out went to s**t so just done some machine presses,cable flys and push downs... Realy bad 2 gym seshes,need to fuking sort this | ||

most definatley not an idiot Member 2731, 3584 posts SQ 260, BP 170, DL 300730.0 kgs @ 87kgs Eq | 17/6/12 car pulls(audi A2) x20 x20 with 1 click on hand break after 5m x25 with 1 click after 5m then 2 clicks on 10m(car went a bit side ways) log 70 x10 90 x6 100 x4 went for 5th and lost footing,plates came off,reset. 100 x4 110 x3 farmers 77.5 x20m 107.5 x15m 107.5 x25m with a drop duck walk(made a handle,attached to my farmers) 80 x15m 110 x15m 130 x15m with a drop at the end carry and drag medly to finish 75kg sack 15m run back for 60kg barrel 15m and back for 130 sled drag 15m reapeted this all for 20m and 150kg sled drag not a heavy medly,more for fitness realy good sesh,had a s**t week in gym,made up for it with events today.would of liked to have gone heavier with duck walk,but it was very awkward an moving around... | ||
