 a large fingered spastic that demolishes plant Member 89, 31706 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 142kgs UnEq | SCOTTISH OPEN NOVICE STRONGMAN COMPETITION 31 August 2008 Burns Gym Heathhall Industrial Estate, Dumfries Starts 11.30 am 7 Events Log Lift (3 Logs - 50kg, 70kg, 95kg – All three logs as many times as possible in order in 90 Seconds) Conan Circle (250kg as far as possible) Medley Load (Cross, Sack, Chain) - for time Dead lift for time Interval Top 12 go through to last three events Car carry - for time Atlas Stones (5 Stones) Truck Pull 20 competitors only (competitors must be first timers or novice, competed at no more than 2 events a year or qualified for any major finals i.e. British, Scottish, English or Regional competitions.) Supposedly 225kg thick bar deadlift  No sure if they've changed this or not, coz it was down as being last event originally.Medley - cross is 100kg, no sure about other stuff. Stones were 80-135 last year i think, but would guess they might go a bit heavier this time. | ||
