It'd still rather have the Galaxy Note and wait for the office ICS update

ever ! Member 2471, 52 posts | It will be between the galaxy S3 and the galaxy note for me - and the S3 will have to be quite special to sway me away from the Note. I'm just hoping the price of the Note goes down a few bob after the S3 in announced (currently around £380-400 on amazon).

Member 3241, 2043 posts SQ 1, BP 192, DL 255448.0 kgs @ 136kgs UnEq | You can pick up the Galaxy Notes for closer to £300 on eBay and AVForums if you keep your eyes peeled! Got one for my mother in lay at £310 inc RMSD and it was a brand new/sealed phone from an O2 upgrade!

Member 2904, 41 posts SQ 250, BP 182.5, DL 250682.5 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | After a few months with my galaxy note there's no turning back - I'll never be able to have a Normal sized phone again! But apart from the fat finger friendly size, its very good, can't fault it in any way. Brilliant bit of kit.

Had a HTC desire before for 2 years really solidly built phone but now when I see people's normally sized phones (iphones, desires etc) I just can't get my mind round using such a small screen again. If I could get another inch on my screen I would take it makes browsing much nicer.

Has achieved nothing. Member 1386, 292 posts | Post Edited: 29.04.2012 @ 16:38 PM by Mallone I laughed at the serial scammer warning on the Avforums. I wouldn't really go for a Galaxy Note but I can spot a few on Amazon for £389. The S2's price has dropped and it is available on contract for as little as £18.81 per month.

A friend of mine had been using a 7" Galaxy Tab as his phone for a couple of years now. Does make sense for the increasingly typical user who hardly ever talks on it but does a lot of internet stuff.

I've toyed with the idea myself, but the note is on the limits of pocket size, so a 7" tablet seems like it would be a bit of a hassle to carry around

I took about £4 out of Sooty's bottom Member 685, 8719 posts SQ 225, BP 150, DL 290665.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | I should get one of those 7" tablet things. I have a HTC Desire HD and I love the bigger screen because I don't spend long talking on the phone but a f**k load of time on here and other sites on it.
