i added 3-4 pints of whole milk to my diet, along with 2 portions of instant oats somewhere in the day also. all of this with my regular 3 meals a day with no increase in portion size right away.

over time i gradually increased the portion size of the 3 meals to the big sizes i eat today lol.

Nice sounds great. I guess as you get heavier portion sizes are gonna just keep increasing

guzzled back a can of monster at pokemon hobby league not realising it was past 9pm. went to gym for the last half hour it was open to work off some of that energy... and ended up with a new bench pb lol.

had loads in the tank after my new bench pb, but was the only one in the gym at this point so didn't fancy dying potentially failing 115kg lol. my 1rm shoulder press is 80kg so 5x5 of 50kg shows how pumped i was! super happy with my bench progress so far, can't wait for a proper chest sesh to properly test out my bench gains.

yeah, smaller jumps for sure. though the 97kg log was pretty close tbh, and like i said i really just wanted to see if i could clean the bugger anyway. yeah will definitely be there next saturday, 2 hour bus journey, time to complete angry birds again lol.
