Squat
150 x 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/ 2/ 1. Just gonna play around with 150 for a bit. When it feels easy, i'll move it up.

Press
62.5 x 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/ 2/ 3/ 1/ 2/ 3. Pretty comfortable. 65kg next time round.

Pendlay row
90kg x 8/ 8/ 8. Should have done pull ups really. Forgot that i did rows yesterday.

Stretch to finish. Should have done some conditioning but I'm too much of a pussy to do hill sprints in the rain
