Very strong log mate, I'm gonna start doing strict aswell. Would you say it's best doing strict after regular log or to do them on separate days?

Not sure really, I've only been doing strict for a couple weeks now, I've tried both, think I prefer after if you plan to go heavy, before if its just warming up or some lightish rep work.
