Change of circumstances. Just bought a house that needs quite alot of work, struggling to get to the gym. Got my old barbell set back off a mate and am training out of my garage. No oly allowed.

Moved to Prestwich so not a million miles away but alot further away from the gym. It's about a 40 mile round trip. Once I've got a bit more time I'll start going more regularly but until then the garage it is.

Power clean
110x1x5. First 2 were proper power cleans. Last 3 ended up as full cleans. Gonna keep the weight for singles round about here till I can power clean it easy. max PC is 120kg.

Dips

Conditioning
Hill sprints. Just 5 but it's quite a long hill and conditioning is pretty poor.
