Got my old barbell set back off a mate and am training out of my garage. No oly allowed. 28th Feb Power clean Doubles up to 90kg 100 110 115 squat clean x 2. Failed power cleans, nice grip test catching the bar on the way down Squat 130kg x 2/ 3/ 5/ 2/ 3/ 5. Just rying to get a bit of volume in Pull ups and stretch | ||

Gonna keep the weight for singles round about here till I can power clean it easy. max PC is 120kg. Dips 5x10 Conditioning Hill sprints. Just 5 but it's quite a long hill and conditioning is pretty poor. | ||
