to row or not to row ...that is the question Member 1963, 811 posts SQ 202.5, BP 140, DL 265607.5 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 140kg squat for me. No video but Smalls watched me (and mocked me because he couldn't handle the zerchering)

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22041 posts | I've managed to view it now. Very strong.... BUT I can't allow it for the chart. A zercher lift needs to be lowered back onto the knees on the way down. That's how it's judged in competition. Hope I'm not being harsh. Sorry!

OK but the IAWA ask you to control the weight to knee level then drop I was putting it back on my knees until I watched Steve Angell biggest Zercher recorded and he dropped it Check out on youtube and my other vid when I started trying this lift

Have you seen Steve Angell 255kg drug free massive You clearly know your stuff, so we'll allow lowering under control to knees and then dropping. I've found the vid, although I'm having trouble loading it. Laptop is well and truly f**ked! World record zercher lift in the big boys' class. I'm chasing the world record of 235 in the u100 class

The record for my age at 105kg is 180kg The zercher is one of the lifts in June competition This is the reason I joined IAWA which I did in January Now I just got to stay healthy complete other lifts then perform in front of refs Have you tried one arm zercher? That could be on your list

my wood got all bloody Member 1001, 5711 posts SQ 240, BP 160, DL 272.5672.5 kgs @ 102.5kgs UnEq | New PB today, this is the first time in about 18 months that I have attempted any form of Zercher so I'm really please with this. Looks like my head is about to explode but this wasn't too much of a struggle, think there's more in that tank.
