(Overhead Press, Squat, Dead, Bench) Currently under going treatments for a twisted/Tilted pelvis. So to say again TEC TEC TEC. LOL Just starting new programme too. Monday 2nd June Military Press (Oly Bar) 4 working sets 8 reps 120-130kg Bench (Oly) 4 working sets 10 reps 140kg-150kg Bench - (super wide) 3 sets 10 reps 100kg-120kg Hammer-strength Shoulder - 3 sets upto 6 plates aside (feels around 140kg in hands) Front raises (heavy) 4 sets 8 reps 20kg Laterals (heavy) 4 sets 10 reps 17.5-20kg Skulls - 3 workings sets 10 reops 60kg Push-downs 3 sets 10 reps stack Training going to be Mon,Tue,Thur Friday with exceptions made for event training away. Off Johnny Mills Friday too . Can't wait.  | ||

Martin - had to sell the shirt due to money issues plus i wasn't getting any wear out of it. Like to take the offer up of coming over though. Have you a postcode and what sort of days are you there?
