doesnt work hard enough in the gym Member 1492, 2138 posts SQ 170, BP 145, DL 195 510.0 kgs @ 112kgs UnEq	Looks like I'm doing a strongman competition next month - events are medley, axle, stone, log and yoke - what should I take ? I'm thinking : Tacky (stone) Long straps (for the axle) Power belt (log, yoke) Wrist straps (log) Deadlift slippers (axle) Lifting shoes (log) A suggested lifting "kit bag" contents would be helpful

I work as a boner Member 3115, 490 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 300 680.0 kgs @ 132kgs Eq	Turps or wd40 removes it. Also i've been told spider tack is about the best money can buy. I use hair wax for training, but was going to buy some spider tack for comps as u need all the help you can get when it counts.
