In its place we propose to host a Novice/First timers competition with similar events but obviously lighter weights;.would this be more welcomed as we understand there are currently more open shows than any other and our competition is very close to several big qualifiers ? Thank you, we hope we can continue to host our competition with your support. | ||

Maybe, but that not your target market (or if it is, those guys dont really frequent Sugden a great deal) For a heavyish intermediate (again, most regular posters on here arent full blown open class IMO), 130 axle (start weight) 350/150 yoke/farmers medley, and a truck drag are HEAVY IMO Just my 2p and trying to help mate | ||

It's just the timing lads. I know people are out there of the opinion it's lots of time before UKs qualifiers, but for me it's not. I do a little thing called periodisation and it will mess with my squat and dead lift cycles. I would genuinely like to do this comp again especially after the s**t I got last year for winning-"only reason you won etc etc", just to prove that point nul and void really.
