Member 3330, 111 posts SQ 140, BP 110, DL 185435.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Why do some people wear a neoprene belt and a leather belt over the top of it? I've seen loads of people wearing the Singlet suits and wondered why?

Aiming for a 250 squat by the end of 2012 Member 1989, 3168 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 270650.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | A guy at our gym used to have a neoprene belt and a 'proper' belt over the top. The neoprene one keeps the warmth in the lower back, while the leather belt gives support. Well that was his reason anyways.

a large fingered spastic that demolishes plant Member 89, 31706 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 142kgs UnEq | i do this for the following reason s 1) keep warmth in the lower back. 2) Feels better with the ratchet belt 3) stopps the Uber Keg spilling all over the place but with the leaver belts i remove the Neorene and just work with the belt on its own but keep it on with the lever undone
