Ben_F said:Have to agree with JC and Robbo regarding the Norths. I dont think the deadlift will be as bad as you think as your squats and deads are on the up, log you will pick up decent points too.

Don't forget, he gets 60KG+ from his wraps Wink

Andy - it was a great atmosphere at the night of strength - hopefully the next one will be just as good and I can smash some more PBs there.

Thanks Will.

I thought so too Smalls - until I tried it (150kg) a few minutes later - and failed! Clean was pretty easy though.

JC - it is impossible to have favourites when so many guys are unknown! Sean Torrence will do very well I predict. And it's 45kg I get from wraps - not 60kg!!!

Cheers Pete!

Ben - thanks. Even if deadlift and log go OK, there's still lots of uncertain events that could go either way. Plus there's a host of beasts in the comp - Shane Burns will be hard to beat with those events (that I know of), as well as the favourite Robbo.

looks like real good graft session, is the stones with tacky or do you prefer not to use it, seen a few opinions of training without but seems mostly divided.

Cheers Mike - I'm pleased with how the pressing is progressing.

Nice to hear from you Ash - hope you're well?

Josh - yes I used tacky for the 140. I didn't really have any on for the 105. I like to use it the majority of the time in training but do like to do some sessions without.

Andy - log felt miles better. Hopefully plenty more to come in the next couple of months on both that and the stones!

Thanks Ben - it was a weird session for me - nothing was all out. Finished the session on a positive note feeling strong with more to come. Very unlike my usual sessions!

Good couple of sessions millsy. Events look good and strong chins and bench!

Have you been doing that shoulder health circuit a while? Are you doing it to rehab something? Has it helped!? It looks good and I think I should steal it, in any case.
