If I have a nap I end up feeling groggy and more tired.

Mums are ace though.

I love naps. Often get chance for 30-45 minutes in and around work / training. Really help recovery. Plus I'm a lazy s**t at times Grin

As for mums? Dunno about you lot, but mine's AWESOME!

I love a nap. Anything from a micro-nap (usually in the adverts during the 6pm Simpsons), to a pre-night out 45 minuter - beautiful.

My Mum is AWESOME.

All your mothers let you take napalon? :S

And christ, if you need waking up after taking it, maybe you should see your doctor or just stopusing all together.

Fraudulent slip of the tongue there using the word 'weak' and not 'week'. Are you saying you are in fact weak?
How's With?
Yep, mums are great! Power naps can go either way. Usually end up worse for them.

Yes

Yes

With is good, well. You know what I mean

They always do me well
