You should see some of my sets, absolute grinders

The way I see it the bar can't always move fast there will inevitably come a time when you start pushing out harder and harder sets nearer to 100% and the bar will move very slowly but a PB is a PB

i like the depth and the high bar.. its how i squat... but those dudes behind you were clearly showing you up.. you don't wanna be seen training near them again...

in the past i had a terrible squats farm it was like a good morning with a knee bend. but now i have got a squat form that better and is working well for me.
this is what i follow in my head.
1) dont look up look slightly level and down a touch on a spot on the wall
2) nice wide statnce but not to wide. toes pointing outwards
3) try and get the bar accros my rear delts (at the moment it on the lower end of my traps but working on getting it lower)
4) get a neutral or flat back when the bar is on your back
5) move your hips back the bend you knees and squat down
6 at the bottom fire you glutes and push your feet into the grout and drive lik f**k and just squeez every thing untill your standing again

i had the writen on a peace of paper on the wall in my garage/gym and now i can squat pretty well for a glass backed spastic.

if i were you driop the weigh 10 to 15 kg and get the tekkers in and for on a 3x5 plan once you get 3 sets of 5 move the weight up 2.5 to 5kg based on how that weigh felt for 3 x 5

I PB'd on 160 5 days ago and it was fairly difficult, so probably not. (although this was after a set on 152.5 x 3)

Lots of food for thought there, I've played around with my stance quite a lot, and this one seems to work well. 5) and 6) I will focus on next time.

try and keep you back from rounding and drive by pushing the hips through as you get through the movement as in the video you look to have a rounded back
