Great lifting John!

That super cent is a perfect fit for you - looks like its a real struggle to get down to the bar on the pulls, pretty much sumo sliff legs.

Thanks Bish, I feel that I pull alot with my back on the sumo's. If i try to sit back and load my hamstrings my bum shoots up before the bar moves.

Just wasn't strong enough today to finish my squats off.

Bench Press

Attempt 3: PASS

So I finished the day with a 840kg Total. I felt that I had a average day I just wasn't strong enough today to finish some of my lifts off. I know where my weaknesses lie.

Time to get out of the kit and start training unequipped again and move forwards to a bigger total.

The next big comp will be the British Juniors next year, but will mostly likely do a couple of unequipped meets before the year is out.

Yeah I don't have a problem getting out of the hole, so doing a bit of specific work so I can squat something big at the Juniors.
