Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | strict press got elbow sleeves other day, 1st day using them, a bit tight but felt better (think i shudda got next size up) 27 x10 40 x 5 60 x 1 70 x 4 72.5 x 4 75 x 4 77.5 x 4 DB shoulder press 25k x 10 strict 25k x 10 log/strict, push pressed 10th rep 27.5k x 10 strict shoulders done, onto legs - knees have been hurting alot today jus walking up n down stairs so wasnt lookin forward to this front squats 27 x 10 47 x 5 67 x 1 87 x 4 90 x 4 92.5 x 4 back squats / speed, ATG 80 x 5 87 x 8 90 x 8 happy with strict pressing, i should at least double 80k next week. should have done an extra set on front n back squats really but knees hurt n was gettin a strange pain in my head when unracking the weights which wasnt pleasant, i was jus been a lazy pussy | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 19.10.2011 @ 14:28 PM by DomRedshaw DB bench press 27.5k x 10 paused n twisted x 2 setsbench press 60 x 2, 80 x 2 100 x 4 102.5 x 4 105 x 4 107.5 x 5 - rep PB i think close grip 95 x 8 rep PB 90 x 8 85 x 10 skullcrushers 37 x10, x12, x12 sit ups 15,15,10,10 sandbag runs (66-67kg bag)- belt on 12m x bear hug run x 2 12m x shoulder run x 2 completely f**ked, the run is approx 12m cud of been more. the bag is about the right weight for me, there is room for more sand which i will add in a couple of weeks when im fitter n stronger. overall good workout today, bench n cgbp both felt good, the sand bag run went pretty well too. only bad side being i may have f**ked my back up for satday got a light day tomoz tho jus sum tech work on jerks, n a couple of planks, friday off shud be nicely recovered to smash it at junction | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | clean + jerks 40k x 10 very tireing, usualy only clean once per set 60k x 3 belt n wrist wraps on 80k x 1 - failed the clean but on way down managed to catch it on my belt n belt cleaned it 80k x 1 side bends - 10k db's, 10,15,15,10 planks - 60 sec n 90 sec done | ||
