Squats 60kg x 10 100kg x 5 110kg x 5 120kg x 5 120kg x 7 rep PB 110kg x 7 Strict press 60kg x 5 65kg x 5 70kg x 3 72.5kg x 3 72.5kg x 3 (rep pb's) conditioning pull ups x 5 dips x 5 35kg rows x 5 pull ups x 3 +2 chin ups dips x 5 35kg rows x 5 (1 1/2 min rest) pull ups x 5 dips x 5 35kg rows x 5 | ||

Are you all healed up now then? thanks mate but no, hand is still up and down. doing all my pressing and squatting (holding the bar) thumbless cos its still causing pain. but to be fair, deadlifting is the only thing thats really affected (using straps) and my grip is obviously only gonna be getting weaker. | ||

EDIT - Weight is 87.7kg after training. Just thought id make a note. | ||

DB snatches easy enough. | ||
