Squat rack hog Member 82, 380 posts SQ 217.5, BP 145, DL 260 622.5 kgs @ 92kgs UnEq	Thanks again to Martin and Bryn for letting me lift today, was a great comp, well organised with a great atmosphere and was good for me as my 1st. Dave, who's 7th comp it was, said it was the best he's lifted at. Was good to put a few Sugden Barbell names to faces too, thanks to Joni, Boar, Tony, Hayden, Rick, Martin & Bryn for their support. Sorry if I've forgotten anyone, but I'm absolutely blowing right now, barely know what month it is.

Bigger lad than i expected for sure! The american portions are great for bulking Good lifting today guys, sam seemed to have had the best day of the lifters i knew. Fruitbat/Karen did as planned and got 9/9 in, as well as qualifying total (+ qualifying total for the weight class above in case if she gets some of that weight back on!). Good first outing rickster! + many other awesome lifters as well. Comp organisation was top notch again - we are spoiled here in NW i think. I didnt even have to do my promised loading due to couple duracell bunny style loaders with endless energy and good level of fitness!!! Did get to catch 5 heavy squatters with their last attempts as the centre spot...

Meanwhile I have a comp next Sunday equipped so its squat suits on on Tuesday and then 3 rest days.
