Competitors supporting each other no end, heads were down as totally worn out and broken but not injured. Then when names shouted to be up and compete they gave it their all!! Sorry to see Paul pull out with a forearm and bicep tear and the welsh lad with partial tear. Other than that what a day!! Bish and Cowdrey swapping the lead on each event!! My Man of the Day!!
