Member 1465, 320 posts SQ 207.5, BP 137.5, DL 222.5567.5 kgs @ 82.2kgs UnEq | Rep pb on deads on Sunday, equalled rep pb on bench today triple and also double. (nearly go the new triple pb - wouldn't have been comp legal anyway, but someone took the thing, off my arms, when I was pushing (said in voice and style of Lion-O) Squats were...nyeh. Did some push pressing at the end of the session - haven't gone that heavy in many years. Food eaten, rum in glass and about time to get my ass into a HOT bath.

Cleverer than YOU Member 1228, 1046 posts | wot you could do for 2 weeks is keep volume up on bench like we discussed say triples of doubles, no more singles and wave down the percentage on your squat and do the same so you can peak again in 3 weeks.

Cleverer than YOU Member 1228, 1046 posts | Hi mate just want to pick your brains on something, we have a Dodge Caliber 2007, SXT, 1.8Litre, I understand Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler are the same company essentially, as you have a Chrysler thought I'd see if you have ever had this problem: Corrosion of the tyre pressure valves, when filling up tyre with air the valve crumbled in my hand, so unable to use it anymore, the tyre deflated and we had to put the spare on, found out through my own research have seen other owners of Dodge and Chrysler have experienced this and looks to be a serious defect the Dodge/Chrysler dealer have tried to keep quiet!! Anyway we have been given the run around by Arnold Clark and Chrysler dealership, would not help, refused to admit there was any problem, trying to charge us 125 GBP to change the tyre pressure sensor valve, we don't need the sensor just the valve, have checked and you can by it seperate, the whole thing is 50 GBP approx or the valve alone is around 3 GBP, have checked TPMS sensors and part numbers, guys at dodge tried to bulls**t us that would need to pay additional cost of the familiarising new valve with pressure sensor, I've found this not to be true as apparently every valve has frequency set at the factory and when installed is automatically picked up by the on boardd computer!! Just need to buy parts myself and get my own choice of mechanic to fit it, there is a video showing how to set up: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1533770 Shows the part and procedure for letting cars computer pick up the valve, however this appears to be for Chrysler wondered if also can use this on Dodge? Am I right in that I can just order replacement valve without the sensor as well to save on unnecessary cost or am I stuck having to buy whole sensor plus valve? Been advised part numbers for 2006-2007 68001696AA also says does not matter what trim level you have as they are same sensors in each trim level? Have you ever had any of these problems if so what did you do if not what would you advise/ suggest as - know you really know your stuff here, thanks and any help is appreciated

Member 1465, 320 posts SQ 207.5, BP 137.5, DL 222.5567.5 kgs @ 82.2kgs UnEq | Squats were a bit better tonight, but typical of the run up to competition. Bench - was all going well, nearly hit a pb triple then on 2nd attempt on 2nd rep my left shoulder rolled / buckled and things weren't so good. Put the weight down to 115 and got a pb with 7 reps. Clean and jerk / clean and press to finish. Up to 75k now, so small increases each week it would seem.

Member 1465, 320 posts SQ 207.5, BP 137.5, DL 222.5567.5 kgs @ 82.2kgs UnEq | Equalled my pb triple on deads tonight and then did a double only 5k off my pb as well. Equalled my pb with the seated dumbell press with the 34k bells then stretched off and arsed about doing headstands and trying to press up into a handstand. Getting there. Time for food!!!!!!!!!!!!

Member 1465, 320 posts SQ 207.5, BP 137.5, DL 222.5567.5 kgs @ 82.2kgs UnEq | Started back today as I was able to put all my weight on my ankle again Dumbell shoulder press - 8@26, 8@30, 9@34(PB) Felt like there was a tenth there as well... Sumo Deads - A nice easy 4@150 beltless after my 2 warm up sets. Barbell Rows - 12@70, 2x8@90 Cardio (yes you read right) 10 mins interval on concept 2. Some nice stretching to finish and a set of headstand abs just for the hell of it. All my training now is purely for fun - no comps for a long time to come. A nice wee session to ease back in.

Member 1465, 320 posts SQ 207.5, BP 137.5, DL 222.5567.5 kgs @ 82.2kgs UnEq | Had a good fun session tonight. SKWATZ - 3x6@160 raw, 1x6 front @100 raw BENCH - 5x6@100, 1x6@102.5, 35@50 then a few sets of close grip The main benching was VERY easy tonight - decided since it's funtime to go back to my old volume session type plan. My triceps were given a beasting with the high rep set followed by uber-close sets (again with just 50k). Been a long time since I last did a bench burn out set. My right arm didn't fade or die so much as just stopped working - think the lactate build up just prevented any motor units doing their jobs. Either that or my CNS / neurons decided that in the words of Bill Paxton "game over man, game over!" Was good getting the chance of a proper catch up with Ross tonight and El Wiege was strong tonight!
