a dork Member 1023, 846 posts	The US Air Force has banned this supp about 2 months ago due to people posting false positives for amphetamines (I think that was what was referred to in an earlier post). I know lots of guys that were using it and were pretty bummed out by it.

When I very first joined BAWLA back in the day (1997), we were told in no uncertain terms that if you got caught for taking anything then you were f**ked, regardless of how or why it happened, thus the onus is very much on the athlete to check. It's not that difficult! It also meant never trying anything like cocaine, etc, just in case. Having said that, I feel sorry for your mate Macca. I do actually think that in cases like this it wouldn't hurt the fed to do this; Still ban the person (have to do this), but take the guy's word for it and, with his consent, to explain about the case on their website as a kind of cautionary tale (and it would exonerate the athlete to a certain extent).
