    Ok considering I was only having 90 seconds rest between sets

Log Press (1 Clean Per Set)
  • 70kg x 5
  • 95kg x 1

  • 105kg x 3
  • 105kg x 3

Log Strict Press
  • 82.5kg x 5
  • 82.5kg x 5

Barbell Front Raises - Bench Grip and Super Strict
  • 30kg x 5

    Also did some seated laterals and reverse flyes

Was just looking at your comp videos- great lifting! Your squat stance is really wide- have you always squatted like that or did you move it out gradually? I find it impossible to hit depth with a wide stance- do you have any tips for flexibility?
