Was nice to get back into the gym as its been a quiet week for weights last week so hopefully get back into things this week.

Not a bad session, bit disappointed at how difficult the Front Squats were but got Pb nonetheless Happy
Quite happy with the rest of the session and reckon can handle more weight next time which is a positive.

Cheers Jim, training has improved last couple of weeks.

Yup will be going to 21st August session next, on hols for the next 2 unfortunately, then maybe sneak the early sept one in if poss aswell.

U planning on going to some more of those sessions?

Did want to bench today, attempted warm up with bar and got shooting pain in my hand Confused. So stopped there.

Have to say this was a pretty s**t session today. Everything felt difficult. Training been very on and off last couple of weeks ad all over the place for a variety of unavoidable reasons. Going for 1 more session this week (legs most probably) and then on hols for a week. When I get back i;m gonna start running with the pull, push and legs routines that were working pretty well a few weeks ago which includes rocking the Coan routine for deads again.
Rest should clear niggles up and can hit the training full throttle again in prep for Salt Ayre Classic
