I think getting more work at longer runs will help me more dude. But Turing does tax the core.

Strong events session pal, what helped me increase my speed on the yoke was alternating weekly between max yoke and speed yoke, speed yoke being 5 sets of the same weight for 20m with around 20-30s rest between sets.

I was looking at your journal about the yoke work so I think I'll do what you suggest. Shames I can't do 20m runs as that would be perfect.

I used to drop and turn at 10m when i couldn't do 20m runs.

thanks Paul, back feels fine this morning done a little rehab to keep it mobile but its still getting stronger which is good.

Deadlift was iffy today think tired from yesterday but at think I did weel to get what I did 
Squats are starting to get there was a little apprehensive about getting the 120 but the first rep is alway hard and then the rest seem ok from there. Same problem Davy Cummings has on the bench 
Push press With the fat Gripz I found hard as it was a little alien and for me harder than axil press, took the fat Gripz off on the top sets
Also 140 felt heavy and I have list a lot of over head strength need to rectify this.
