wales Member 1058, 5361 posts SQ 220, BP 140, DL 294654.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | Strong events session pal, what helped me increase my speed on the yoke was alternating weekly between max yoke and speed yoke, speed yoke being 5 sets of the same weight for 20m with around 20-30s rest between sets. | ||

Same problem Davy Cummings has on the bench Push press With the fat Gripz I found hard as it was a little alien and for me harder than axil press, took the fat Gripz off on the top sets Also 140 felt heavy and I have list a lot of over head strength need to rectify this. | ||
