(as well as the compounds) As for legs its squats&deads only, am i missing something? farmers walks maybe? | ||

There are probably hundreds of them altogether but those are some of the most basic ones. It's probably not a good idea to do them all at the same time but including some of them in your routine can work well depending on your weaknesses. | ||
