I'm doing dips, chins, DB shoulder presses and dare i say it- bicep curls for the upper in way of strength assistance. (as well as the compounds)


As for legs its squats&deads only, am i missing something?

Good mornings. SLDLs. RDLs. Front squats. Zercher squats. GHRs. Back extensions. Bulgarian squats. Deficit deadlifts...

There are probably hundreds of them altogether but those are some of the most basic ones. It's probably not a good idea to do them all at the same time but including some of them in your routine can work well depending on your weaknesses.

My brain wasn't engagged and the examples above are all you need as these are great assistance exercises.

Zercher squats... I saw a guy doing these and they looked pretty badass, only wondering whether i should stick these in as well as squats or on a rest day or as a replacement for squats

After your squats if I was in you position I'd do paused squats lunges and GHR's
