Terminator | Non-Messy chalk? | 22-06-2011 @ 13:52
jerking is obviously great, Member 2521, 4712 posts SQ 235, BP 160, DL 290685.0 kgs @ 111kgs UnEq | Deadlifts are tearing the calluses on my left hand up, so I need chalk. Neither of the gyms I go to allow chalk, so I need a non-messy, discreet variety. I've heard good things about My Protein liquid chalk.

Member 2216, 2243 posts | I use toenail clippers and the missus' finger scraper thing to dig the worst bits of the callouses out. Theyre like a two pronged fork and theyre pretty fookin sharp. Pumice stone or something like it afterwards smooths them off.

I personally prefer the stiffest possible. Member 158, 3110 posts SQ 170, BP 107.5, DL 222.5500.0 kgs @ 67.4kgs UnEq | you don't need to use a lot of chalk, no need to make a mess. I use a block and kinda wipe it on.
