If they are unreasonable then it is more difficult when they are minors. We had a couple of issues with that up here, groups of kits intimidating people, shoving them around, and then if they reacted to it calling the police and getting them done for assault on a minor. It seems to have settled down now. I think you are right on having a duty to nip things in the bud though. Not enough people challenge antisocial behaviour and it seems to have become an accepted normal practice as a result. | ||
