yeah but you need to leave the comfort zone and train at/near failure for strength training too

I don't generally attempt a rep that I think I'm going to fail.

Well if you want to add some size to the biceps then just do some bicep curls. Any type for some rep work. There's no magic trick to it!

agreed! I think people over-correct things and that we hate bbing so much we dismiss training biceps or do isolation work.

agreeded. I am so used to feeling the burn in squats and telling my body to push through, that you'd think summoning the courage to curl that 40 kg barbell would be easy. In actual fact the two don't carry over that well

I doubt there's much difference between curling exercises, hammer curls aside. As for rep ranges, sure, but again it's going tobe a pretty broad range.

It's hardly significant with biceps curls.

need and feed training is always good seated close grip row then straight onto heavy hammer curls for 4-6 reps the overhand db curl with a light wieght for 20+ reps

you can do loads of diffrent complexes but it works

For size - heavy single arm dumbell preacher curls, the preacher i use is almost a sheer drop.

For strength - heavy alternate seated dumbell curls and the preachers again but hammer variation.

Feel the burn? That kind of lingo is way too muscle talk only thing I feel when I sqaut is a lot a lot of pressure in my head I don't even know what my legs are doing

The advise I gave is what I did when I was like 14 then I decided to grow up and train to be strong rather than to look strong get your deadliftt over 200 and bent over row over 140 and pull up yourself plus body weight then your guns will look after themseleves
