planned that im gonna deload on bench, take it right down to 80kg for 5x5, not gonna bench monday as planned, might do thursday, my pec feels perfect right now might just have overused it on that side, seeing as though the first set i did with bands was heavier on the right side. will stick to 5x5 for a while now lol.

I really like the whole de-loading idea. I have only being training at this level and this system for about 3 months now. I noticed that if you keep failing it has an effect in your head (not very nice eh!!!) So to de-load and build back up by 2.5kg every time i think helps the mind set too. I also totally get how important rest time is and what we shove down our necks. Pretty sure you got all the basics coverd though reevesy man. Happy Happy Happy

Happy and by the end of adding 2.5 a week i should hopefully be poppin out at least 100 5x5, would be nice. seeing as though i did 100 for 3x5 a few weeks ago

too obsessed with the gym felt fine so benched
i used a big fat competition bar or squat bar i dunno they seem heavier by far though. im almost certain they weigh 50-55 pounds but i will count it as 20kg

That was a lovely big ass session there.
I'm trying to hit sets of 5or6 with 85kg today. I'm hoping it'll feel light but I doubt it will. You're looking strong with those numbers. Doubt I could do slow descent with 80kg for that many sets.

i was burningggggg haha, very slow decent, tucked in so hard that you need to pull the bar down, might just be my triceps rubbing gainst my back but yeah.
