One more fail and time to de-load

Just seem uncertian about technique and the weight is getting to a level where technique is key.

Still happy with strictness

Triceps Super sets

Pull Downs 32kg 3x10 Then C.G.B.Press 67.5kg 10,5,5
Absolutaly nothing left after 3rd set.

Super Sets

Sit Ups 3x20
Preacher Curls 26kg + bar x 10.
Last set of curls number 10 was a bit of a fight.

3 hour session tonight due to 4 guys in the gym. Credit to Leggiez for his patience.Happy

Great sessions in here. When are you thinking of taking your new squat PB? Seems like it's gonna be a biggie going by what you're squatting for reps.

Hi wiegieboard..We are waiting for our cage to arrive so we can try a PB. It has been a bit of a carry on cleaning the weight then adding to it on the shoulders.

Farmers walk (56er in each hand for ten laps of the gym)
10 second pause and hold 2x5kg plates in each hand for 1 min. (getting easyer)

Super sets

Sit ups 3x20
Preacher curls 27kg + bar 3x10

I finished off with O.H.P with a 56er x6 each hand.

OHP is looking more and more like you need to drop to 3 working sets now , still looking good for a little more progress though.
Deadlift and Squats are improving all the time , solid week of work lad Happy

Congrats with your deadlift PB man Happy When I pulled 155 it was a mega mega grinder.Was nackered for a week after.
Can't wait till you get that cage so I can see the new squat PB.

Cheers Wiegiboard. I will keep increasing with the dead lifts for now. Tbh i dont think the squat PB is going to be anything special. I am struggling a wee bit now with only 92.5. When we do it i will definatly have you in mind bud. Will do my very bestHappy
